  • This presentation is aimed to help with transforming a large amount of text/images into a highly organized and concise conceptual structure. The presentation explains the systematic process to ensure objective analysis based on qualitative data (textual/images). The presentation also explains the coding process that involves organizing the communication content (textual material, visual images, illustrations) according to the communication scheme and identify content relevant to the research question.

    Everyone be alert that the arrows in min 6:14, showing inductive and deductive approaches, should be reversed.

    Inductive process allows you to do with data what you want. It is a clean psychological practice to define categories a priori

    Thank you for your presentation. I think it provides a good overall view. A small point which you might like to correct - around 15 into the presentation, just a typo - it says 'Contnet' instead of 'Content'. I'm not sure if it's possible to correct this. Many people make typos in their presentations.

    Everyone be alert that the figures in his presentation showing inductive and deductive approaches are entirely wrong!! He most probably does not have an accurate grasp of the concept of "inductive" reasoning.
