Great video! So many folks I speak with are unaware of the KY-58 working in sim and SRS this will help to explain it so much. Also, with the backup radio set to both (or set in DED), you can immediately tune to guard by setting the squelch knobs (aft of backup) to "GD". One knob for each; comm 1 and 2, for mil and civ guard respectively. Not always useful in DCS, but cool for missions and campaigns with live intercepts etc
Good tip Majik! I learned something new.
Great tips! Also of note is that you can enter "254.1" on Pri and it will read it correctly, but you must have the trailing zero on the Aux freq. "123.45" as opposed to "123.4" which would throw an error. That said, two questions for you: 1. How do I sound cool on the radio? 2. Can you cover the Push-To-Think switch?
Great Tips Loco! I forgot to mention we can run the UHF radio off battery power for startup. ( Gives us a reason to use the C&I switch).
No clue on the answer to question 1, if you find out let me know!
2. Uuuhhhhhh
Great job! Keep up the great work 👍
Thanks for the support!
I've been wondering how to do the preset channels for the longest time. Thanks for the video! Great information 👍
Glad it helped!
great topic! looking forward to listening :)
Thanks! I’m looking forward to being done with systems so that we can start talking about TTPs more thoroughly!
@@BasictoFinal +++ 😎
another great video. Thanks.
Thanks for the support!
Great video roman! You do say "339" instead of "399" as visually indicated just FYI. Loving these videos please keep them coming!
Thanks for catching that!
👌

"Dobber" switch. Besides that, useful info. Thank you for the video.
Thanks!
@@BasictoFinal Forgot to ask, about the EFB did you made progress on the subject? ( i saw about it in an older video in your channel). Thank you in advance.
@@brunofagulhaYes although I have had feature creep so I have not released the full version. Hoping to have more on the subject later this year / next quarter.
@@BasictoFinal thank you for replying. Good to know. Keep up.
Awesome
Thanks for the comment!
What were your graphics settings in DCS on this video?
I am sorry I don’t recall. Most likely it was high with a resolution of 1440p.
what does "secure"mean..and what are the benefits?
KY-58 … For DCS SRS think encryption with 6 possible FILLs.
@@BasictoFinal thanks,i should start with multiplaying one day..,great video's btw, anychance you could do one about CMS profiles and settings one day?
@@stevo905 sure that’s a good idea.
