#97 Bart Weetjens: 'Boundless individualism leads to incredible suffering'

  • #97 Bart Weetjens is a Belgian ZEN teacher and a celebrated social entrepreneur. In 1995 he founded the non gouvernmental organisation Apopo which saves human lives by training rats to detect landmines and TBC. Since 2015 Bart has been involved in ‘the wellbeing project’ which aims to catalyze a cultures of inner wellbeing for change makers. He founded ‘La grand terre’ a permaculture /wellbeing centre in the French ardennes.
    Bart has been practising ZEN for more then 30 years and is an ordained monk in Sotoshu tradition. Since the coronacrisis his focus is in giving workshops and coachings on innerpreneurship inspirated from his spiritual practice.
