How to Make Birria Tacos | Easy Recipe

Hey guys! In this video I show you how to make birria tacos. Its an easy recipe that takes half the time to make as I use my pressure cooker instead of the slow cooker.
Keep in mind this is just a guide and feel free to adjust any part of the recipe to your liking. Enjoy!
Ingredients
1 lb beef shank
1 lb chuck roast
1 small bottle red enchillada sauce
1/2 can tomato paste
2 chili peppers in adobo sauce (adjust to your preference)
1 tbsp sugar
1 medium onion (chopped)
4 cloves garlic
Cilantro (chopped)
1 carton beef broth
1/2 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp allspice
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried tyme
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 package CORN tortillas (Not flour)
Mozzarella
