Easy Jamaican Brown Stew Chicken

Hey guys! Welcome back to my kitchen. Today I’ll be making Easy Jamaican Brown Stew Chicken.
If you want a change to your normal chicken dish, try this recipe out. Your sure to love it.

Ingredients
2lbs chicken, leg & thigh (skinless)
½ tbsp Onion powder
1 tsp Black pepper
1 tbsp Chicken seasoning
1 tsp Paprika
½ tbsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Salt
½ tsp Allspice
½ tsp Nutmeg (optional)
2 tbsp Green seasoning
2 tbsp Browning
2 tsp Garlic, minced
1 medium Onion
2 Carrots, sliced
2 Green onions, chopped
1 Sweet pepper (half green & red)
1 medium Tomato
3-4 sprigs Thyme, or 1 ½ tsp dried Thyme
¼ cup oil, for frying
1-1 ½ cup Water
1 Scotch bonnet pepper
2 tbsp Ketchup
Chicken takes about 35 minutes to cook.
