Ingredients
Seasoning
1 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 tsp seafood seasoning
1 tsp onion powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ginger powder
Reserve 1 tbsp for vegetables
1 sweet peppers (1/2 red & 1/2 orange)
1onion (sliced)
1 carrot (julienned)
1/4 scotch bonnet pepper
1/2-1 cup oil
1 tbsp fish sseasoning
6-8 allspice
3 tbsp vinegar
