Hey guys! In today's video be showing how I make Jthe best chicken soup...Jamaican chicken soup.
Ingredients
5 chicken drumsticks
1 onion (chopped)
1/4 piece of pumpkin
3 carrots (sliced)
4 sweet corn
1 chayote squash
2 caribbean sweet potatoes
5 potatoes
1 yellow yam
3 cloves garlic
3 green onion
tyme
1 scotch bonett pepper
dumplings (flour, salt, water)
seasoning for chicken
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 1/2tsp chicken seasoning
seasoning for soup
2 packs Grace Chicken Noodle Soup Seasoning
2 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp chicken seasoning
1/2 tbsp black pepper
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp onion powder
1/2 tbsp all-purpose seasoning
