I handle all home repair and yard work. I fix the cars.

Soooo I went 3 years and it hit me... I didn't start a home insurance policy.

Nope, I was rejected by progressive and 9 more companies. Flat out NOPE, you had a gap in coverage, so we can't insure you.
The lowest quote I've gotten in the last 2 years was $579 a month for home insurance. But that didn't include fire, wind or flood. Those are extra.
The average quote I get is over $1,000 a month, but also without flood coverage.
So yes, we work a lot because the system needs our money. and we are both over 800 credit scores with no criminal history.

An excited electrical response could simply mean someone doesn't like the question asked. Sometimes questions are offensive. Totally bogus as far as I'm concerned.
