Neil I must say you are creating very helpful videos. The one on solving Google photos taking up more space by creating multiple accounts is really cool!
My humble request (that I believe will make your videos more pleasant to the ear): please please try to replace the annoying ear bursting crash sound. And avoid using the same sounds over and over again across your videos unless it's like a bg music to personalise your videos used at some points in the timeline.

I'm not sure why but I've deleted all emails and photos and videos associated with my Google account and I'm still over 15gb. Haven't received a new email since Jan. 30, 2024. Nothing is working
It's definitely something google has done to get more people paying for Gmail storage. I've deleted everything also still says 15gb it's ridiculous
check your trash, it might still be there, you need to delete it again to permanently delete it.

Hi there. My laptop was down for over 5 yrsl, and I now have over fifty thousand emails I'm trying to get rid of. Most of them I don't want, however i do want my photos and passwords i also keep there. Can you tell me how i can delete the rest so I don't have to delete one at a time? Thank you.
What if I want to save these attachments can I just move them out of the mail and keep them somewhere else
Hello, yes absolutely - you could download them to save locally or use Takeout.google.com to download and save everything from Gmail.

I'm missing the point to the dirty gmail address. How does that clear out storage in my current account?
Thanks for the kind question. It doesn't clear out the storage in the current account, but it means that now and in future, if we have to give an email address for discounts or subscriptions - all of that traffic and junk can go to a separate account instead of filling up our main account...
