I’m 34 I’ve been walking on my toes since I was very young people say it’s not the correct way of walking but I can’t help it for me it’s a sensory issue.

This is wonderful content. My 9 year old is struggling to shake her toe walking habit. We were told for years she would simply out grow it on her own but she now has sciatica pain, etc. We watched this video together and we both enjoyed it!

My son was the moat stiff infant ive every seen. He couldn't playvw his feet. He walked at 8 mths old but very high on his toes. The dr dismissed all of this. It wasn't until he was 3 and we went to a neurologist who put in physical therapy, eventually had boots to sleep in. However, the surgeon decided he was way to tight and we went forward w surgery whenhe was 4. Hes now 8 and im starting to see him going up on his toes a bit again. When you ask him to touch his toes he can barely reach his knees. Also needs to build core strength. We've been doing some yoga but do don't like it because hes very active and mostly because it hurts. Im quite worried. I will definitely be working with him on all the activities. I worry these were activities i should have been doing with him as a toddler. I worked with him but if i would have listened to my own instincts maybe i could have stretched him out as a baby and possibly saved him from needing surgery. I just want to make sure im doing everything i can do fir him now. Thank you for the great information!!
