Nice picking Bill. I'm getting a box ready so I'll put in a set of tweezers like I use. I thought the plastic one would work, guess I was wrong LOL.
WARNING: Box will have 4 challenge locks and a POS F series "compressible" Schlage cylinder along with Schlage cylinders to pass around.
To prevent the cylinder from moving when using spools, at standard driver should be used in one chamber.
I hate those F series cylinders!!

I am still working on my first challenge lock to send to you bill. I'm trying to decide what kind of core I wanna put into it and how many pins.. it's a stock Gate House dead bolt cylinder... but I don't wanna use the stock core (Kwikset KW1 keyway) I want to try and make it difficult.
B.Bill have U had much luck w\ Snap Guns??? I purchased one two yrs ago & have over the time using its various tips & tensions on at least 50 types of locks, I only had 1 open. I'm a good picker & know what to feel for. I'm lost w\ the S Gun.

Hey bill do you know any sites in the netherlands or how to get a set of lockpicking tools ? . i now have one single hook but i have some padlocks and really want to try others ( keeps me busy on bored days :P ) Also nice videos really like watching you pick some locks .

Bill, can i ask the tolerances on the Followers? because if you keep complaining about it i could try to make some followers from brass that are perfect that they wont get stuck in locks.
