Thank you for your lessons. I have learned from each of them. I appreciate your thoughts about the restoration of the church and restoration of all things. I really like your yard analogy. It wasn't completed all at once, we need help, improvements are made, the completed parts need to be maintained, and we still have to pull the weeds. :) Just like our individual lives as well as the restoration.
Waaaah thank you for showing your work in your garden. It is a beautiful and practical comparison. For a moment I was jealous and I said: You should have invited me to come and help ; ) Thank you for letting in your emotions. I love our H Father and our Savior and yes I expect many more beautiful things in his Church and in his world. I've seen a lot change in 41 membership, but what our prophet Nelson is doing now is amazing. I have come to know so many wonderful teachers through the home centered church and study and the many online lessons from wonderful wise teachers. My Savior has restored much in my life during the 41 years that I have followed Him, and that continues to strengthen my testimony in Him and in His Church. Many thanks from Belgium.

How many dispensations has the Second anointing been available in? Just this latest dispensation?
The three-fold restoration (of the scriptures, priesthood and church) is a _seed_ that was planted by Joseph Smith, a seer that was an Elias type, as a _shadow_ of things to come. Mormonism then is, essentially, Elias' shadow.
Later will come _the actual Elias_ , who will be a miracle-working seer that will take the church seed planted by Joseph and grow it into the fully formed kingdom tree. This same man (Elias) will also restore all things, bringing to pass the restitution of all things _prior_ to the Second Coming of Christ.
Until Elias shows up, latter-day saints continue to participate in an ongoing restoration through preaching and ordinance work, which through repentance, faith and obedience to God's commandments, reconciles people to God, which allows them to be restored to Him.
So it's accurate to say there was a restoration (through Joseph Smith), there is an ongoing restoration (through the saints) and there will be a restitution or restoration of all things (through Elias).
