I had to suddenly travel from new delhi to kanpur and so i decided to walk on to the platform by atleast taking a platform ticket so that I have a proof of boarding station
then i went to the train which i had to board and approached the tt myself and told them to make a ticket and paid the applicable railway penalty of rupees 250/- and travelled legally to my destination station.
