I made this with date syrup for the sweetener, I thought it would change the flavour and over power it by a lot unfortunately I can't have regular sugar due to PCOS but it really was delicious the date syrup complimented the watermelon by so much.

I like to juice watermelon and celery. I just a medium sized watermelon to one heart of celery and some mint leaves! (I need to sneak in the veggies and the flavor is great since you can’t taste the celery. Add mint to your desired taste.
And how the heck did you remove the seeds? Did you blend it with the seeds or am i just backwards enough to not know that seedless watermelons exist which sounds unreal tbh.
I my opinion a you should make a simple syrup with equal parts of sugar and water, suger won't dissolve in the cold watermellon juice you need to add suger to hot water to dissolve.

Some watermelons don’t have seeds. Idk if it’s natural i think they are genetically modified. You may be able to find some in your area
