I stop at 20%, I fly pattern so I fly with 10s 5000mAh, when there comes less than 4000mAh back in the pack I am happy. Sometimes 15% but that is with heavy wind, and I try to avoid that. But normally I land with 30%

Yep for sure. However, if you don't care about the LiPo's lifespan you can use 100% of the capacity. I know many that do this with power tools, cell phones, laptops and RC's!
