    If you are on this channel and you are not yet in the UK, you can agree with me that with the informations shared on this channel we now have a lot of knowledge about the UK than some who are living there already 🤣🤣🤣🤣. The way I boldly argue about UK news with my friends one will think I have been there before😂. That's exactly what happens when you are getting first class information from the best😘. God continue to bless you for all the teachings Momma @Nanelle🥰💕.

    So,
    it means if I get a 5years COS that allows dependant (let's say Nursing or construction ) and my husband is my DEPENDANT. After 5 years, I am eligible for ILR. Is he not automatically eligible for ILR?
    Being in the for his 5year as a DEPENDANT won't count, only if he is on a VISA route that leads to a settlement

    Nannelle please am on health and care Visa and i came whiles pregnant but my dependent is not the father of the baby besides both my dependent and I live in separate places in the uk, so when I give birth can I use the biological father name on the baby's birth certificate? And won't it affect me when am applying for dependent visa for the baby or my indefinite leave to remain??

    • @Kav-ce4oz
      @Kav-ce4oz Před měsícem

      Yes, you can include the biological father's name on the baby's birth certificate even if you and your dependent live in separate places in the UK. The UK Births, Deaths and Marriages Regulation Act 1953 and related legislation allow for parents who are not married to both be registered as the child's parents without the need for a court order or formal separation agreement. This is known as a "Statutory Declaration of Parentage".
      The presence of the biological father at the birth is not required for his name to be included on the birth certificate. If he is not present, you can still complete the Statutory Declaration of Parentage, but you will need to provide additional information about him and his whereabouts.
      As for the visa application for the baby or your indefinite leave to remain (ILR), there should be no issues if the biological father's name is included on the birth certificate. However, if you and your dependent are not married, you may need to provide additional information or documentation to prove the relationship between you and the child.

      @ericb1412 Před měsícem

      Becareful @estherdanso5255 ...because you can't use your husband who's in Ghana name for your child because according the application that you made, home office knows this your dependant as your husband. And bringing a new name on to your child could cause you alot and the dependant. The best way you can do is to put your own name for the child and after divorce with your dependant, then you can add his biological father's name for your child. Please don't do it now, it might cost you and your dependant

    Quick question, my son will be joining me this year and i will be eligible to apply for ILR end of next year. Note survived by one parent. Will he be eligible to apply for ilr too under health and care dependent visa?
    On gov.com...eligibility for children, it doesn't state that he/she should stay here for 5yrs to apply and it goes on to state that he can apply with me if am the only surviving parent.
    Please kindly shade more light if i have understood it correctly before i waste my money.
