"Dance Moms" follows Abby Lee Miller and the nation's favorite tween dancers as they take on Hollywood while new auditions, new competitions, and new studios raise the stakes.
The road has not been easy for “Dance Mom’s” star Abby Lee Miller. After completing her prison sentence last year, the famed dance instructor was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. But if anything, Abby has proven she is a fighter and is not ready to hang up the dance shoes. The new season of Dance Moms follows Abby as she rebuilds her dance company while battling the after-effects of cancer that has left her confined to a wheelchair. But I feel like she needs to TEACH them and be strict for them to improve since they're already so good. Although she will be biased and rude sometimes, when she just teaches everyone says she's screaming at them. So is she like not supposed to teach them any further and just create routines?
@@mads7262 there's a way if teaching without screaming. Plus they are humans, ittle girls, not robots, it's easy to make mistakes. If abbey keeps shouting at them for small things, they would want to dance at her studio anymore. I know that I wouldn't

Emma O'Sullivan, the producers did something to make Maddie win.

it’s probably because maddie was abby’s #1 girl and even though abby loved kalani, she wasn’t the one who taught kalani to have that great technique. so by giving maddie really good lyrical solos and kalani more acro based choreography, maddie will win and it’ll make abby look better too because the student she’s taught from a young age won
a lot of the comps after chloe and christi left were fake. so they probably made maddie win

@@ml.9417 In the interview they gave at the end of the season reacting to the episodes they said Kalani's solo was technical but Maddie's was emotional and had a story, which is her forte and tends to score better than solos like the one Kalani was given. They knew who Abby wanted to win but were over it by then. SoOoOo

I know they always say the competitions aren’t staged but I find it so weird that 99% of times it’s always Abby and her Dancers coming in first and second. This doesn’t really make sense because The likelihood of her dancers being the best at EVERY competition seems very unlikely. Sure they lose sometimes but in 99% of episodes Abby’s Dancers r always first or second place or both.

Idk if this is an unpopular opinion but I feel like Kalani should have won. Her dance had more of an edge and angst to it and she owned it. I loved the choreography.

It isn't really fair to kalanie to go fight with maddie in the overalls since the higher the age division the stricter the judges get and in the teen division it is really hard to get an highscore that's why most overall placers are in the junior division and making them go head to head when maddie got lyrical which is her best style while kalani got contemporary-lyrical when she is best with technical dances isn't really a fair play

I feel like when Kalani was younger she was a way better dancer than Maddie but Abby never put them against each other because she didn't want Maddie to lose. Even with the other kids, she would put them against Maddie but it would never be a level playing field. Either Maddie would get secret privates or she would get a pretty lyrical solo and the other kid would get a Jazz, hip hop, or a dark solo. I don't know how she expected a dark solo to win against a pretty lyrical one.

Kalani does good at Floor work she can look so feminine in the floor shes just SMOOTH she did a fabulous Job but her Chereography didnt allow her to win. The show isnt Scripted its mostly Edited and the producers just tell abby what to do most of the time so they purposely made Maddie win of course the competitions are fake.
