Lauki Ka Halwa | लौकी का हलवा | Instant Bottle Gourd Halwa | Very Delicious Sweet Dish

Lauki Halwa (also known as Dudhi Halwa) is a sweet Indian dessert made of Bottle Gourd (Lauki) and is super delicious.
Ingredients:-
Bottle Gourd or Lauki (लौकी) - 1 Kg
Sugar (चीनी) - 300 Grams
Cashew Nuts (काजू) - 8 to 10 (Cut each into 2 Pieces)
Almonds (बादाम) - 8 to 10 (Boiled and Cut into thin pieces)
Khoya or Mawa (खोया/मावा) - 60 Grams (Grated)
Elaichi Powder (इलाइची पाउडर) - 1 Tsp
Ghee (घी) - 50 Grams
Milk (दूध) - 1 Cup
Food Color (फ़ूड कलर) - According to you
