  • Soyabean Stuffed Parathe or Soya Granules Stuffed Parathe are parathas stuffed with soya granules. It is a very delicious dish and healthy too.
    Ingredients:-
    Flour (आटा) - 2 Cups
    Onion (प्याज़) - 1 chopped
    Soya Granules (सोया ग्रैन्यूल्स) - 1 Cup
    Garlic (लस्सन) - 4 to 5 grated or finely chopped
    Salt (नमक) - 3 Tbsp
    Red Chilli Powder (लाल मिर्च) - 1 Tbsp
    Jeera Powder (जीरा पाउडर) - 1 Tbsp
    Black Pepper (काली मिर्च) - 1 Tbsp
    Green Chillies (हरी मिर्च) - 2 to 3 chopped
    Green Coriander Leaves (धनिया) - For Flavor
    Ghee (घी) - 3 Tbsp
    Oil (तेल) - For Frying Parathas
