Goodbye Emergency Fund! And if you are caught driving on said suspended DL, it is Straight to Jail where there are more fines, fees, and court costs. If your wife owes $100,000 in student loans, if you divorce, those loans don’t transfer to you.
Child support is the responsibility of the parent who is ordered to pay. Where they spouse gets mixed up is when they volunteer their information and salary.
For instance, if the spouse says they will help with child support and that goes on record, even if they divorce, that spouse will be responsible. That’s why it’s important to know the laws. A lot of fathers don’t. That’s how they get $100,000 in arrears. This is where my Organization comes in. We assist Fathers going custody issues.

$300 for a 5 question Polygraph. My wife has kids, there are questions
and tests, to give her peace of mind.
Everyone should have a list of questions to ask their future life partner.
My wife had a child, the "father" never paid, the State filed,
35 years later, Social security garnishments, Stimulus checks
He always owes taxes so no refund loss.

How in the world is combining the bank account coming out of his mouth...that's the LAST thing she needs to be doing!
There has been a violation of trust, because he most definitely knew how much he owed. And because he lied to her about this (even if it's by omission) ...he's lied to her about other things BEFORE they got married and will continue to lie to her throughout the marriage...if she stays.
A lot of the women that call in to the show about money matters concerning their spouses seem so afraid to even discuss money matters with their spouses...that's an issue as well. If you're scared to even TALK about money with the person you agreed to 'spend your life with', you're with the wrong person...there should be a SAFE SPACE to talk about that and anything else for all parties.

Reason number 678 why I don’t date men with children. Finances will be divided and divided households. When I have my family... as selfish as it may seem I want it to be just my family… I don’t want separate children, I don’t want another household that has to be taken care of, I don’t want another woman in the equation. Makes dating harder because most men have a freaking child.

I only talked about myself and my reasons in my original comment. I don’t have children… If that’s what you’re implying?

Part of the reason that the government requires the credit reporting agencies to allow you to check your credit reports once per year is that the reports can contain false and/or out of date information. I'm surprised that neither of these gentlemen addressed that.
