He mentioned hiring people without College Degrees/High School Diplomas. I have found those people can be better workers than people with degrees. When I see companies that won't hire people without a college degree, I think "Very old school/ outdated company. Maybe not as innovative."
The companies that hired people without degrees are, in fact, 'old school'. Think car manufacturers and any other hirers of manual laborers.
Work experience should play major factor

Because what he is saying does not allow you to call it socialism because it is still capitalism, the belief in success and rewards, the difference being between compassionate capitalism versus greed based capitalism. people talking about equity versus equality is a really scary thing. We need equal OPPORTUNITIES, we do not need to be equal at the finish line, because effort, time spent working, effectiveness in our work, and many other variables contribute to the end result. To define success by how many people of color, women, etc are equitable with others at the finish line is very much in fact racism. I don't think any person should get an unfair advantage just because of their skin color or race.

Wage labor is slave labor. I think Cuban did the right thing by giving equity to employees but it shouldn't be a choice. We need a constitutional amendment to guarentee ownership to all who labor. It's not just to have second class citizens.
