I feel like there's a hole in my heart whenever I see Caroline Aherne now. What a talent. She left us too soon.
Richard has a knack for making every guest feel completely uncomfortable.
And the viewer. I don't know how he's still employed.

I think he is referring to bumping into Caroline in Atuls Newsagents on Wilmslow Road in Manchester. Good to see this interview, but tragic she is no longer with us.

When you realise that Alan Partridge was based on Richard M it all makes sense. Nothing funnier than someone working so hard to be cool.

It looks like an eye roll, I thought that, but if you look closely she's actually looking up at something (or someone) off set, possibly a producer signalling or something.

The fact so many comments are about Richard Madley and not the sad loss of Caroline says a lot about the society in England - and not all of it is good
