@chirazi Doom would be a powerful Green Lantern, or Orange,Thanos Black Lantern,Punisher and Hulk Red Lantern,Magneto Green Lantern, Cap, White Lantern, Deadpool, would break and Corrupt the emotional spectrum, Kigpin: definitely Orange. Dr. Strange could possibly master all the rings.
I think they should’ve said that Thor’s mom was a human who was serving as the avatar for both Gaia AND the Phoenix Force due to some threat out there (possibly a rogue Celestial or something). That way, they could explain the inconsistency and leave the door open for Thor to get new powers later. Also, I think Black Panther with the Phoenix Force would be AMAZING (and im partially convinced he would vaporize most of Atlantis similar to how Namor flooded Wakanda)
How about we respect the creators and leave the character's origin alone?
The Phoenix Force is not the mother of Thor. The first host of the force is the mother. Not the same thing

For me, when it comes to what a character looks like with the Phoenix Force, less is more.
37:18 true... but we wouldnt have one of the best thor momemnt where he ask's gaea for help when he was fighting the mijonir storm with mangog infused. That was the sickest and coolest depiction. Also marvel gave wonderful explanation on how both have equal rights to calling him their son.
36:40 I mean with all the stories of gods catfishing mortals it's good to hear of one getting their own medicine. I kinda picture Phoenix having a bad rap sheet with paramours at this point in time and she was all like "yeah, no, my name is Gaia I am the goddess of all nature and creation." All other encounters with Gaia were just Loki using an illusion at Odins request, as the shame of admitting he made the troll with two backs with the Phoenix... was just too much.

Rob ive been watching you since waaaay back before you got big and i want to know if you would consider making your own comic with completely new charicters the works....you have the resources and connections im sure to do something small to start out with...like the greats did back when your perspective on the comic world in general tells me you would do it right and even down the road never compremise on quality...you can do it digital....find really awesom voice actors....dope new age animators with new and differet styles that havnt been done yet....if youve done this and ive somehow missed it i appologize....i mean it more of a complement to you....
I agree; Rob's talent, wealth of knowledge about the subject matter, and infectious enthusiasm would have so much potential for that, in fact the only real complaint I've ever had about Rob is that I wish he'd buy a thesaurus and use adjectives other than 'amazing' and 'dope'.

Fan theory idea- The Phoenix and Gia are one in the same, or at least two sides of the same being. Gia represents life ability to flourish and grow, where The Phoenix is the destructive aspect but also represents life's endurance to come back from destruction. Hell, could even do a Kami/King Piccolo thing where they were once one but split because the original was too at odds with its self.

44:20 Do they(not giving away spoilers) retain this knowledge or does it fade over time? I'm thinking the Phoenix Force has seen more than a few styles/abilities over the eons it/she has existed. If it can imbue this host with ALL of that knowledge and experience, you're talking about one badass fighter who might not be able to be handled via melee or ranged. At that point it's magic or maaaaybe some sorta F4/Doom/Stark tech that takes them out.

I don't know how to convey a marvel universe that have the history of Jean Gray and the Phoenix with this story almost at the same moment in time.
Shang Chi knows every fighting style in the world. He is the master of kung fu but its not like he doesn't know Muay Thai, Krav Maga, Jiu Jitsu, etc. He is certainly a better hand to hand fighter than Captain America, though Cap is still top 3 in Marvel. Shang Chi is the best hand to hand fighter in the marvel universe

Only real downside is that Shang chi only can use his chi power in one dimension and other than the 10 rings doesn’t really have super powers so even hero’s without much training but a ton of hacks and abilities could probably body him the rings are a major balancer though
@@MementoMori1000 I get that, but remember. Shang-Chi is so good at martial arts that his skill IS considered a superpower. Plus, with the five weapons society now, he has a lot more weapons, money and resources at his disposal. the 10 rings are probably enough for him to deal with most threats at that level. I'd say that Shang-Chi can defeat somewhat well trained characters with hax like Hawkeye or Black Widow(if he can avoid her symbiote).

"What if" 2 versions of the same character each from different parallel universes, battled in this story, one had the full phenix force, the other had the uni power (captain universe) ? I know what your thinking, universe would win, but maybe if that's the case you switch up the characters, I say characters because it could good guys or bad guys or both. That would be cool. Probably already done somehow but this is what came to mind whilst watch this awesome video!

I have a questions unrelated but i hope you find it and answer it. I found out - they retcon NIghtcrawler - to Be a coupling of Mystique and Destiny or her blind lover. So mystiaue turns into a dude and makes her pregnant and nightcrawler comes out. So does that mean - She could have turned into Jean Grey and Coupled with Cyclops to make Cable too? Or goblin queen.
I think it would have been funny if Moon Girl had the PF. Riding around on a massive Devil Dinosaur cloaked in flames while also being able to form battle plans in an instant.

Its not that difficult for me, maybe because I'm 43 but its obviously Shang-Chi who's the better fighter all around. Makes common sense and its logical, when you consider his training and source of power.
