Received my TCL Tab 11 today. Seems not to work with an external monitor. Software is buggy, needed to restart android. But there is an upstate, made it contains some bugfixes. This tablet has a radio "function" which doesn't function since you need to use headphones as an antenna, but this tablet doesn't even have a headphone jack. Other than that, the screen is nice, sound is pretty good and the overall feel is nice too.
actually, dooogle roll out tablet with pc mode, earlier compared to tcl, so tcl is not consider the first tablet with pc mode with that price range, even cheaper
