Don't get too "clingy" with each other. Personal space is good for just starting out, but have comfort and understanding with each other whenever space is needed. Disagreeing with one another is also okay. It helps strengthen the bond to have disagreements, because we learn from each experience. We learn how to navigate difficult scenarios, which strengthens the bond. Just like sports, being "battle tested" builds success. My marriage (23 years) isn't perfect, but our ability to overcome certain struggles have kept us going for better or for worse.
+bad advice everyone is different. If your clingy be that if not don't be. Be yourself and see what works for you guys. There is no standard on this just do all things in love.

I believe you both summarized that perfectly when it came to your view on Marriage. The husband loving the wife sacrificially through things like work, providing, and of course making sure she’s okay is definitely a great summary of what it means to be a husband. A wife submitting to her husband through trust and also his path to the lord though providing a warm household and of course following his decisions is also a great summary of what it means to be a wife. Marriage is about providing for your partner and helping them through creating a covenant with God at the center. The media wants to paint the whole wife role as being “oppressed” and the whole husband role as being “toxic masculinity” but it’s not. This was all created by God and there’s a perfect order to it. It’s about fulfilling your role so you can be the best you can be for your partner so the marriage can thrive. God created marriage with these roles (and of course with him being at the center of it) so we could create a nice and beautiful families. It takes 2 to create a baby so it’s going to take 2 to raise and care for that baby. It’s just so beautiful to see that people still get it and are spreading the message of what marriage should be through the Bible.
