Love your videos Chuck. You have such a great positive attitude and demeanor, and most of all your hustle! It's very refreshing and a great example that hard work pays off! I admire it. I've been trucking for 23 years now, doing coast to coast heavy haul. Seen a lot of drastic changes in that time. Keep up the great work my friend. People take note, attitude is a big part of your happiness. The message at the end of every video says it all. Thanks Chuck, stay safe brother 🍻
I appreciate those kind words and you be safe out there Driver and all the success to you!!
Cracking video Chuck. I'm a Lorry/Truck driver in the UK. It's great seeing what trucking is like over the water and how different but similar stuff is. Have yourself a great day and take care, best wishes from over the water.
It shows how much pride you take in being able to control your truck. When you are backing into a dock you really show your professional skills. Very nicely done.
I appreciate those kind words Laura, thanks for stopping by the channel
I’ll tell you what Chuck, you’re a heck of a good backer.
I was thinking the same thing lol. He makes it look so easy and to one shot most of them is pretty impressive in my opinion.
I appreciate that sir 👊🏻
love your channel i was about 5 when i first saw a Estes truck and then they were all box trucks in san Diego calif i have ben it trucking for thirty years lot of it was in truck recovery in Memphis tn and san Diego now in Oklahoma and worked for DD transport moved oil rigs but was most moving equipment for hertz equipment allover the midsouth out of Oklahoma now retired but really do miss the work . just found your stream and will be watching you brings it back thanks
I’m new to the LTL world seeing the videos and tips and tricks that you show definitely have made me a better driver
Love the positivity as always chuck! It's a whole diffrent feel when you genuinely love what you do. Many blessings too you.
Thank you for the kind words. I agree with it’s you!!
I drove truck for about 5 years. Some unfortunate events happened and I lost my cdl. I’m in the process of getting it back. I absolutely love your positive attitude and hard work ethic. Keep up the good work and god bless!!
Much success to you in n getting it back
Hello from Kansas. You are a great narrator. Awesome videos.
Your videos are equally interesting and relaxing. Thanks for showing all the stops to the customers and thanks for the video! 👍🏻👌🏻
I appreciate the feedback 😁
I like your videos. I used to work for Estes. I did line haul from Medford to Sacramento. Super easy run. I'd help out with P&D before my run but i didn't care for it. If it wasn't for my terminal manager I'd probably still be there. We didn't get along.
TM definitely has allot to do with one’s experience
Thanks for the video Chuck! Stay safe!!
👊🏻
Does driving a 2 axle truck feel any different than a regular 3 axle?
Always an inspiration with your positive mindset every video! Keep up the Good work Chuck!
better turn radius
Definitely not hen it comes to working in the city, single axle helps you get into some tight areas.
Another Great video Chuck!!!!
Started with the BIG-E on Mon, Great so far!!
Majority of the reason I picked Estes was because of yours and Chris's Channels.
Keep up the good work bud!!!! We all love watching your content!!!!
Welcome to the Team Adam, I hope you have an amazing experience like I have.
I used to live in America but moved to Japan in 2013 i had a different job of course but then I got a job a Sagawa Express They have box trucks and vans and I drive a van to deliver like it been doing it since 2015 still love it
New to the channel already love your vids man thank you!
Much appreciated and welcome!!
I am a truck driver here in germany lol .. Cool to see that the work is not that much different over there. Much appreciate your pov =)
Thanks for following along good sir!! 👊🏻
Just lovin it Chuck. Thank you.
👊🏻
Hey Chuck, your video's really helped me make my decision that working for Estes would be a great fit for me. Starting next week.
As I've been watching these I've been wondering, what did you do with your cdl before driving for Estes?
Cheers from Oregon!
I guess that bulk load of tires was LOADED by hand also, wow!
Hi Chuck I see you still waiting for your truck to come back ! Do you miss not have a manual transmission ? I think driving a automatic would drive me crazy . Chuck just think about doing P&D without power steering and no AC or climbing in and out of COE trucks . The good old days were challenging. But you have more traffic to deal with . What’s not changed is the stress and pressure of doing P&D dealing with customers and bad drivers . Be safe
It finally came back yesterday 😁
Hay chuck I'm new to your channel, start at your first video of you at Estes love your channel, next time you drive past central transport on Apache can you show the terminal I was the t.m. there about 5 years ago would love to see if anything has changed, keep up the great work and thanks for all your great info on trucking
They have moved, no longer on Apache, now at Yale and Latimer. I appreciate you stopping by the channel 👊🏻
@@TheTulsaTrucker thanks for the info
Another great video Chuck. As soon as your content pops up I immediately click, like and comment on it.
Thanks Travis !!👊🏻
Chuck thank’s for another great ride along, I always enjoy your videos.
Much appreciated as always Mike, enjoy the drive this weekend.. 😎
Had fun riding passenger awesome video
Thanks Collin 👊🏻
Loaded a Estes truck today with 2 pallets or skids of roofing nails today.
We appreciate the business Ken
Your style reminds me of riding with Dave
Would have loved to see the turn out of that place at 14:45 lol.
I get p/u’s before I get off the lot!! 😆
My company will not allow us to operate customers dock equipment. They are required to set it up. Then it’s up to the customer if they want to go into the truck with a forklift or we have to bring it to the back.
Yea, we help the customer out as much as we can to hurry up the process. 18-24 stops a day we don’t have time to wait on someone to operate the doc plates, I have some customers that allow us to use their lifts and I will unload it for them just to speed things up.
Love the videos. Keep up the great work. I work for Estas Las Veagas P & D 227 terminal if your ever out this far give me a hauler. CB name us tater. If you use a cb in your truck that is I'd not a waz up on CZcams works too. Love your garage buy the way!!! Epic
Always good to hear from a teammate 👊🏻
I’d love to work for Estes if I wasn’t type 1 diabetic. Keep up the great content!!!
I actually did some further research after this comment and found out guidelines have changed so I will be pursuing my cdl soon!!
Estes would love to have a few thousand drivers like you Chuck!
I appreciate that, we have allot of great drivers 👊🏻
After 8 years at FedEx Ground I am finally making a move. Start orientation next week at Estes. Thanks to you and Chris for all the great info on Estes.
Welcome to Team Estes 👊🏻
@@TheTulsaTrucker Thank you!
I actually liked the overlay music, it was definitely a cool idea to do.
Peace ✌
Thanks for the feedback! 👊🏻
@@TheTulsaTrucker you're welcome anytime ✌
Have a great night 🙋👻
Wonder if that deer feed was for Lynn the deer whisperer 😀
😂
Keeping on trucking chuck from Chris in UK
👊🏻
Hi this is Harsha from India 🇮🇳 great to watch your videos, you are so positive and you are loving your job great 👍👍👍👍👍👍
Thanks for following along Harsha, very honored to have you!!
You should do an hour long special Chuck
😂 That would help put some people to sleet 😂. I appreciate the comment though
Core-Mark n Home Depot eats up all of my time. 3hrs a piece
Some places can be like quick sand 😂
Saludos desde Ecuador 👍🏻👋🏻
👊🏻
No Gloves!!
On that last drop off. Why didn't you let the forklift driver unload them? 🤔
I do miss hat ever is faster
great video sir hope you have a great day too
👊🏻
Do u mind talking about being debt free? And how u and ur wife did it? Need some inspiration
I have videos already on that in a playlist on my channel 👍🏻
Is freight slow ? How many bills is your terminal bringing back ? Are u still watching working alot of hours ?
Ours isn’t, we are smaller, have no clue on number of bills but most routes bring back full trailers and we do 8 trailers of bulk turns. Working 48-50 ever week 45-48 would be ideal. I’m helping out for 6 months so ultimately Will go back XB in February.
Why do you use a 53 foot trailer when I was P & D we use a 28 foot
Pick up more and deliver more
👍
Hello Chuck!!
Hi Mike 👊🏻
I like your videos bud
Thanks Randall 👊🏻
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
How many years have you been a truck driver? I am new to your channel.
3 years welcome to the channel 👊🏻
Hey chuck where did you get your glove clip?
Amazon
Got your Z06 ordered?? 🙂
😂. The C8 Z06 is an amazing corvette but optioned out like a C7Z with the Z07 and carbon fiber package it’s 160k. Far cry from the 106k the C7 was for the same set up.
Hey Chuck
Do you need a CDL to be a yard driver at Estes ?
No
What do you do after you are done with deliveries ?
Do pick ups
Hey chuck you ever get harassed about your filming by the brass aka the higher ups you know Bobby reach got fired cause of it
I have been given permission to shoot the vlogs by the brass, I just have to follow some guidelines but Estes has been great and open to the free marketing they get.
@@TheTulsaTrucker that’s awesome :)
@@TheTulsaTrucker I noticed you haven’t been driving the pup trailers lately
As a p & d driver do u go through dot inspections and weight stations
No sir
Hey, how many hours do you typically work and do you get the same route for p&d?
46-50 and if you are assigned a route you do the same area every day. If you float then you cover routes and go where ever.
Chuck you went back to the city right?
For 6 months to help out my terminal they are short P&D drivers.
How do you load up the truck
Our dock workers load it up.
How old are you supposed to work for Estes
18
Are you back in your own truck sir
I ‘m now just got back from the shop 👍🏻
I'm studying to get my cdl is it hard to get in to the trucking business
No, after school get 1 year of experience at coke or Pepsi because they hire new drivers and then go to an LTL company for the best home to work balance. Estes preferably 😁
@@TheTulsaTrucker ok thanks for letting me know
What’s up from 043
