good point about what Eve mentioned about cutting off the head. Get out of your head, and you will be free. People who think too much, are always unhappy, make mountains out of mole hills, entangled in drama, take everything personally (ego). Mam kapal vati helps ... whenever I control food taking n do kapal vati..pains r way less .. otherwise sometimes i do take allopathic medicine...m in my mid 20s... So I can't tell exactly but mam believe me paranayam helps a lot. My lazy self forgot to do this n i do face killing pain. M just afraid to go to doctor. I don't know y m telling it to u. I think I should share. That's why. Please have your own research on yoga . It would help you. Sometimes some ayurvedic tonic helps greatly.

Wanted to share my thoughts: Sacrificial beheading- could be done at the junction of the atlas and axial vertebrae (C1 and C2) to keep spinal cord in tact and reduce any impurity of fear/stress hormones, like cortisol, that would otherwise be associated with torture and pain. This method is kind of a quick and hopefully painless approach and wouldnt allow for any release of hormones from hypothalamus/pituitary. Also why one who is sacrificed is given specific food and drinks and care beforehand. Atlas, in greek mythology is known as the Bearer of the Heavens. After a war, titans were sent to a hell type of place while Atlas was bound to eternally hold up the celestial spheres, basically the equinoxes, Sun's path, the poles, all objects within the sky that are all concentric with Earth. Atlas' symbols are a spear (upsidedown triangle) and the 2 celestial spheres, this can also be seen as the two pillars/Zenith and Nadir. The atlas vertebrae has two arches and 2 bony masses that help hold up our heads and give it minimal rotation. From Bharani, there are 3 sets of 5 to reach #16-Vishakha (arches and pillars).

4H from my 4th lord Moon is bharani my Asc, my maternal grandmother died after I was born and yes her 🏡 is next to a river & fertile plain. I have a photo 📸 of me with an 🐘 and a 🦋 pendant. I performed ⚰ rituals for our pets. And visuals (Chitra) make it easy for me to work & learn (photographic memory). I was in a💃🎶 crew & school of Arts in campus. Still enjoy dancing and love music. Oceanic places are my favorite getaways.

I am an ardent fan of Pai team. I would disagree with Ms. Mendoza that rahu disguise himself for justice . If so he should have protested for all asuras but he disguised himself due to the desire for immorality not for any goodness of others.
She also mentioned that vishnu and devas were deceiving as if rahu is fighting for justice. There are 2 characters from which we can understand the actions of vishnu.
One is bheeshma- man who kept his promise and let the world suffer. On the other hand Krishna, who took the name of deceiver and establish the dharma.
Rahu is quite intelligent. He will put his arguments in our mind in the name of impartiality.
