Deep Creek State Park is Maryland's Outdoor Recreation Paradise | Get Out of Town

Laurita and Lauren visit Deep Creek Lake State Park, where they enjoy paddleboarding and kayaking on Deep Creek Lake, Maryland's largest freshwater lake. The lake was constructed in 1925 by the Youghiogheny Hydro Electric Corporation for rural electrification and has grown into a destination for outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, fishing, and boating.
