I absolutely love the 22. I also have it in black and white. Think that style of bag won’t be out of style, because we always need shopping/tote bag in our collection. To me this bag is more attractive then the “never full” etc. yes it is expensive but comparing to other Chanel bag it has lots of leather and capacity. And it’s very chic.
I thought of selling my C22 small white, fresh from boutique due to not so good reviews but after using it after a couple of days i already fell in love to it❤️
I'm so glad I found this "positive" video on the 22. I just purchased mine in green and I have a little buyers remorse & a little worried about the wear & tear where the straps are. I think this bag is edgy & practical and I will start wearing it soon.
I did not like this bag when it first came out at all. But I recently tried it out and ended up loving it. I have had my medium black one for about a month and have been using it nonstop. I would love one in the caramel color too. I agree with all of your reasons.

I just bought one black shiny leather 22 with a gold chain. so far so good. I love it, the only concern is the chain may rub the leather on the two sides, but I think we just need to deal with it when it comes. :-) I have enjoyed your video!
I just tried the chanel 22 instore and its made of grained calfskin not this type of leather and i kinda like it that its more hardy. I still couldnt make up my mind whether should i get this or a seasonal flap as i already have a jumbo flap.

22 Bag and seasonal flap are different! Choose one based on your lifestyle and personal style :) let me know which one in decide to buy in the end

Are you having issues with the leather rubbing off where the straps are?
Tiny rubbing after 1 year of using it more than 60 times which is normal. I did a wear and tear video :) you can find it in my channel!
