I missed this the first time you had it on here. I've not seen it until now, I was recently in a Rockler store and didn't notice one there either. I'll find one at Rockler or Woodcraft sometime in the next few months maybe. Looks like a nice jig to use... we'll see.

The reason in my opinion that everybody didn’t have one of these, it was cause they are looking for a single solution jig for a particular task or cut the jig looks a bit confusing with its multiple uses.

I hadn’t seen this before. I have a Rockler taper jig, but this one is better since it takes a Grripper.

Yes wearing rings working on anything is really dangerous in any industry type or farming type job where you work with your hands all day.
Case and point. Farm hands have lost a finger just because the bail of hay got caught up on a ring as they tossed it, fence post. Somthing on the tractor.
It doesn't take much to ripe that finger right off your hand if you get snagged up. And thats not even a power tool doing it.

The jig is not in videos or advertised by woodworkers because you can make your own for way less than 150 bucks

I think the reason people do not use is that there is no hold down for stock. Having to use a gripper with it increases the investment. To me, it looked a little wonky with smaller pieces.

You might be right, the little foot it gives for support isn't very substantial.

I’d just like to point out & appreciate the fact that your thumbnails for your videos don’t have those stupid ridiculous facial expressions that everyone else uses. They look so bad & it doesn’t make me want to click on their videos. If anything I do everything I can to avoid them. Keep up the good content & don’t give in to stupid thumbnail faces peer pressure & keep doing what you’re doing.

Uh, most people just make their own for a few bucks and little time to do the math and set it up.

Another gimmick tool marketed toward the dude who just filled up his garage with a ton of new shiny gadgets that look good on his CZcams channel.

Laughs I somewhat agree! As a new woodworker I have this item, only b/c I really want to be as safe as I can. While using a table saw. . And 2 things I’ve noticed is often his left hand comes too close to the saw. For my comfort 2 he never goes into technical details about the adjustment dials.
