Paneer Butter Masala Recipe ( Odia ) : Paneer butter masala or Butter Paneer is one of the most popular Indian gravy available in every Restaurant, Dhaba . In this dish, Indian cottage cheese cubes ( Paneer ) are cooked with smooth and creamy tomato cashew gravy which is slightly spicy as well. Ingredients : ( Serves 4 - 5 Persons )
1. Paneer - 400gm
2. Tomato - 4 ( medium )
3. Ginger - 1 inch
4. Garlic cloves 10
5. Finely chopped Onion - 3 ( medium )
6. Finely chopped Garlic - 1 tbsp ( or 10-12 cloves )
7. Chopped Green Chilli - 2 ( or as required )
8. Ginger - 1 inch
9. Finley chopped Coriander leaves
10. Cahsew nuts ( whole ) - 16 pcs
11. Bay leaf - 1
12. Cinnamon stick - 1 inch
13. Green Cardamom - 3 pods
14. Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
15. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp
16. Garam Masala - 1/2 tbsp
17. Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
18. Kashmiri Red chilli powder - 2 tbsp
19. Roasted Dry Fenugreek leaves ( kasuri methi ) - 1 tbsp
20. Fresh Cream
21. Butter - 4 tbsp ( or as required )
22. Oil
23. Salt to taste
24. Sugar - 1 tbsp ( or as per taste )

Wow Paneer butter masala was looking absolutely restuarant style. Paneer cubes are very softy, inside is very juicy, and perfect light brown in color. The gravy was semi thick in consistency, and very smooth, & very glossy in texture. I think it's taste is very delicious. At the end you have served this recipe on black color serving plate, and garnishing with some chopped coriander leaves, & few drops of fresh cream. Which was looking absolutely very fabulous, and your presentation was really superb. This recipe is beautiful combination with garlic butter naan, butter naan, poori, and paratha.
