So glad the voters removed her. She left that office in disarray and some of the long time prosecutors left. Bates is still working to clean up 8 years mess she left behind and many of the prosecutors have come back for him… She took off over 100 some days in one year, wow. A serious job like that pays $247k+ a year? Must have been nice. She didn’t really want the job. She just wanted the check.
She also let dangerous, violent criminals, walk the streets and dropped case after case and did too many pleas, and she shamed the victims for not talking out of fear while she went home with Police security in front of our house every night… Oh and she was tried and convicted in Greenbelt, Maryland by a mostly black jury they heard the whole case… she doesn’t mention that on the talk show tours she is going on now…

The day she got indicted SHE WAS READY TO GO TO TRIAL THAT DAY IN THE CITY, her lawyers told her to slow her roll, she thought all us blacks in the city would stand by her then the elections came AND she had 3 supporters not including her family. Then she wanted her trial postponed, then postponed again, then postponed again then she wanted it moved because she was told that she couldn’t get a fair trial in Baltimore city because she actually realized nobody supported her. Then she got it moved and then got convicted and then still wanna cry boo-hoo. Oh poor Mosby NOW LOCK HER HUSBAND UP HE ADMITTED TO DOING THIS

She does NOT deserve a pardon if she can dish it out she can take it. She is going to do about 12 months in federal prison, put the big girl panties on, and stop complaining. She sent men to jail for far longer.

How much time should trump get for all the crimes he has committed?
What about the mortgage lender/broker that submitted all of the files? Did they lie to her? Cases like this are still open because of all of the unknowns.
With her position she was given extreme powers, and privileges, over ordinary citizens. As such, her punishment should be more stiff! You are given extreme privileges, you should therefore be held to a higher standard in both privilege, and Punishment
Lock her up for more than a minute
Two things can both be true: 1) investigating her could have been politically motivated, and 2) she did break the law and commit fraud. An investigation initially being politically-motivated does not justify a criminal getting away with fraud. Politicians have had the reputation for being prone to corruption for at least hundreds of years. That doesn't mean they SHOULD be corrupt. In fact, politicians and public officials SHOULD follow laws down to the letter.
And just for comparison, Martha Stewart who was convicted of securities fraud got 5 months in federal prison and 2 years probation. And she was not a State's Attorney assigned to help uphold law and order. I would expect Mosby, who WAS responsible for helping uphold rule of law in the city of Baltimore when she committed fraud, to be held to at least as high a standard as a celebrity lifestyle guru.

This is akin to saying I shouldn't be prosecuted for theft because the cop hated me. Yeah, he may hate you, but your azz deserves jailtime, too.
