I hate to say this, as I'd love something to be $10,000, but $50,000 for a nice looking home you can live in is incredibly cheap. No one looks at traditional homes and thinks that they have to pay in cash. The same should be said about these 50K homes. They're not asking you to pay 50K in cash. If you get the non-mobile version, you get a mortgage. And because this house is so cheap, your mortgage will be cheap and will paid off soon
If it was 1975 I could justify the 10K but in 2024 I don't think 50K is overpriced
