That was a good tease showing the competitive companies. It would be nice to have a video showing side by side comparisons of the houses, or at least cheapest of each company and a list of upgrades on them. For instance, the Boxable that I checked into years ago and weren't really available in a short time had high R value insulation, a bunch of appliances, a/c, heat, solar panels, that would run almost everything, was about 400 sq ft, etc., for under $50k. Edit: That would be really helpful and save your thousands of subscribers a 'lot' of time. Liked, subbed, black belled.

So many of them looked like the same prefab house. So many of the same video clips. Pretty crummy video for any credible information.

We just built a 1400 sq ft log cabin the package was 90 thousand the rest was 160 thousand grand total 250000 ! The say this to reel you in but expect to pay three times that and that's with me doing 90% of the work. But with it we love our log cabin. I'd have paid that again an again

yeah 95k for a tiny home is NOT affordable, and 180k is just freaking ludicrus , at least in my area. I guess for NYC or San Francisco 180k is cheap

Don't worry that you didn't mention ITH in your list. There are reasons to suspect they are not all they seem. Lots of complaints, and ever growing dissatisfaction with them. Not sure they deserve it, but people should do their research on them for sure.

I was surprised 2 of the builders I've been looking at, some of the largest, aren't on your list. It seems your list is mostly smaller companies so that might be the reason ITH, Indigo River Tiny Homes, and Minamaliste aren't there. (You included Mint which is a Canadian builder but not Minimaliste, also Canadian, so the video should probably be North America instead of USA/and also that the list includes Luxury tinies not just regular tinies... New Frontier is lux and Escher which I love, starts at 235k not 180k as per their website/they are beautiful if you can afford it) And Wheelhaus doesn't even make THOWs??

The bunker needs to be at least a minimum of 75 ft underground. The structure needs to be able to support 10 times the weight of the ground above them. It needs to be as big as a hotel building. For ample storage of equipment and supplies plus living quarters. Also, for security purposes, there needs to be a couple holding cells in case people freak out. Needs to come full supplied with a room set up for an armory. Needs to have the ability to have some type of telescopic porthole. And the air filter system needs a lot of improvement from what I've seen. THE AIR FILTER SYSTEM IS COMPLETELY INADEQUATE TO MY STANDARDS. It also needs hidden areas that are secret to everybody except for the owner. It needs to have a below ground water reservoir. With enough water to supply for 25 years minimum. There needs to be enough food for a minimum of 25 years minimum.
