How do you ensure that Santa Claus doesn't get stuck on the rope when he comes down? Mine comes down and gets stuck and has two batteries.

It has something to do with the rope i think. I had a lot of trouble with the two batteries versions as well and never got them to work right. The one in this video uses 3 batteries so that could be the reason too since i never had to fix this one.
