    The function of this fit of two zylindrical features can be specified with tolerance zone diameter zero at MMC of the derived feature or with a tolerance zone at MMC and an additional reciprocity requirement. If there is no reciprocity at ASME, there is only the solution with tolerance zone zero and an expanded tolerance for the linear size. Please do not give away any tolerances. The suitable datumsystem should be defined by the degrees of freedom, which the two features have in the fit function.

      HI, Thanks so much! It's not exciting, but the best way to get into the advanced stuff is to read the Y14.5 standard. GD&T Basics offers some virtual live training that I recommend if you are looking for formal training.
