Bed maintenance crews, Visit properties weekly (minimum 3 hrs), every two weeks(min 4 hours), or monthly (min 6hrs) If they’re on the schedule it has to be after an initial cleanup that was custom quoted. We weed on those visits, prune, deadhead, we will even plant flowers they buy, spread bark they buy but it all has to be there ready for us. That’s pretty much the service. Although there are customers who don’t have minimum‘s and they want us to stay until we feel everything‘s perfect and we can stay there all day on some customers charging hourly after the minimums.
I just closed a deal with a company that was closing the doors and we structure the deal to 175 per each client that sign up with us with a year around contract we from 75 clients have closed 16 so far the other were under charge and didn't agree with our price...
Yeah its life changing when you buy client list from bigger companies the already charge more than you. Ive paid up to $250 per lead whether they sign with me or not, but when you buy from established companies and you fit right in you keep most if not all.

We bought a few this year at 6 X the weekly mowing rate. Only after we met face to face with new clients and we were solid for the season.
