What confuses me personally is the Vendors relationships with Work Zones…I can assign a vendor either to a specific shop or to a work zone however sometimes they start walking off to a fully different area of the zoo

I tend to stick them in the larger work zones so they can cover any shops that aren't being served. But yeah, they do wonder a bit more than most of the employees don't they
