Boys… the master has arrived to offer us his wisdom
Haha I hope that the wisdom will be useful!
@@CesarCreatesit is, lol.

Lmao 😭😭😭😭
@@CesarCreates This is wrong. The best way to use foliage is to make a tree out of every tree in the game to truly realise how good the trees look (i am lying you are correct)
Pls, you need to do more tutorials!!! Also maybe show us, how you plan your habitats that, would be very nice
I will definitely think of something!
Yes definitely
IKR ❤❤❤
YES
I've spent about 700 hrs in Planet Zoo, and have watched countless hours on youtube about it aswell. Of course I knew some of the things already, however I have to say this is the most useful tutorial about Planet Zoo I've ever watched, some things I haven't thought of until today.
Thanks a lot!
Tutorial how to achieve 14 fps is the most gorgeous way possible!
Haha I couldn't have said it better!
@@CesarCreates how is your computer not exploding at a brutal rate every time you open up Elm Hill City Zoo?
@@ElClubGatunoCR look at his specs on the description...
Also tip: if you don’t have the Oceania Pack, or you are playing on Console, the Century Plant is a great alternative for the Cabbage Tree
Oh yeah I didn't think about that!
Cesar! This is amazing! Even the first 8 minutes before you start placing plants were so descriptive and easy to follow, and it made a LOT of sense! Good job on your first tutorial!
Thank you so much!! It really means so much!!
It was infinitely helpful I went from bad at foliage to amazed at what I made
I can't believe this is your first tutorial, this is absolutely brilliant. I like to think of myself as a creative person but you take this game to a whole different level. This gave me so much inspiration for my next franchise zoo habitats🙌🏼
Thank you so much!! This really means so much to me 🥹
Great tutorial, thank you! Now I'd like to see your process for the placement of foliage clusters like these in habitats and around the park to form a nice cohesive look overall!
THIS!!! I would also really like to see the use of foliage with water!
Great video, super helpfull, keep up the good work man.
This is a great tutorial! I especially loved the list of your favorite plants. I would love to see a tutorial that includes a list of your favorite tiny detail construction pieces like hinges and wooden boards you use a lot.
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it! I will definitely think about that
This was incredibly helpful! Can we get a rock work tutorial next?
So happy to hear that! I will definitely consider that!
Thank you!! Really needed help with this!!
You're so welcome!
Incredible tutorial!!! I’d love some lessons on rock work and habitat layouts please!!!
Thank you! I will definitely think about it!
This is absolutely AMAZING! Thank you so much!
You're so welcome!
Really helpful thank you so much! Love your content!!
You are so welcome! Thank you!
Yes, I love this!! Cesar tutorials will be worth their weight in gold 💛
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it!
OMG yes!!! I’m so happy you have made this!
Yeah finally! I hope that it will be useful!
Thank you so much, Cesar!!! I really needed this!
Glad it was helpful!
thx for that great tutorial! 😍😍😍
No problem! Glad you enjoyed it!
The best tutorial ever! Thank you so much!
Glad you liked it!
AMAZING !!!!! More tutorials yassssssss
Thank you so much!! I will definitely record more!
New Sub. thanks cesar!😊
Hi Cesar! Just watched your video, it’s amazing! Thanks to you I improved a lot in Planet Zoo. Can you please do an advanced entrance tutorial?
Glad you like it!! I will consider that for sure!
thanks so much for this tutorial, very good work :)
Glad you like it!
Basically what I also asked for, thanks Cesar! I literally made a brand new playlist just to be able to create better. Cheers.
Great to hear that!!
Hey Cesar I’ve always wondered how you know what pieces to use when building stuff. Like every time I wanna build something I don’t what pieces to use😭 (love your builds btw)
I've been playing this game since 2020, but I didn't know many of the tips you say.
Great video Cesar!
Super happy to share some of my tricks! Thank you!
Fantastic. Definitely going to use. By the way I think you meant perimeter in your video. Parameter means a set of rules or limitations, perimeter means the outside border of something. Your English is great, just thought you might want to know
Glad you liked it! Ok, thanks a lot! My English is still not perfect and I appreciate all the tips!
Hey, Cesar I'm a bit late to this video, its awesome btw. Do you think you could do a tutorial on how you plan and design the backstage areas of the builds you do, it would be incredibly helpful. 🙂
Thank you! I will consider that for sure!
This is really good advice. I already did some of this stuff, but you explained some settings that I did not now existed but are so helpful. I would have preferred it if you kept to franchise requirements and no CC
Glad it was helpful! People asked me to show how I am normally doing foliage in my habitats and I always play in sandbox so I just did what most wanted to see
Wow, This helps alot for my zoos! When the real-life animals showed, I was like, Wow he is so good at making Habitats, Then I realized Thats Real-life!
Glad it was helpful! Hahaha I wish I could do it!
FINALLy!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IM SO HAPPY RN!! THXXXX
No problem!
please do more tutorials! i really needed that and many more :)
I already think of recording the next one!
This was super helpful!!!
Glad you think so!
great tutorial 💚
Glad you think so!
This Tutorial is incredible and I will definitely try this out! I just started the game on console and was wondering why my foliage looked that unnatural. I spent so much time in my first enclosure (red deer) and added the ruins of a castle as a hard shelter and tried to cover some parts with plants and it looks horrible now I see this video. First I thought it would be too much but in the end it looks so amazing and very natural.
Thank you so much!! I hope it will be helpful!!
You’re the 🐐.
How are you this good?? Thanks a lot. This is amazing
Thank you so much!! I really appreciate it!
Please continue making foliage tutorials
I will try to think of something!
@@CesarCreates thanks cause i struggle with Spaces outside of the habitats
Just started playing on console and this a perfect guide for my habitat😄
Glad I could help!
Thankssss❤
No problem!!
I literally spent time yesterday watching one of your videos and took notes on which plants you used. lol
Haha perfect!! Now you have the complete list in the video!
Dzięki za tutorial.
Nie ma sprawy!
Very beautiful!
Thank you very much!
Omg thanks so much it help me so much
Glad it helped!
Hello Cesar I love ur vids! TYSM for this it will really help me while playing planet zoo console. Overall my exhibits are really detailed and i think its natural in my blood 🤷 or its probably because im so inspired by your builds and im always watching planet zoo builds that i have muscle memory. Besides, You are an amazing builder. Never give up!!! Have a nice day!!!! Also pro tip: SPAM BUFFALO GRASS IN ANY HABITAT
Hi! Thank you so much!! I really appreciate it!! I am so happy to be able to inspire you with my builds!
@@CesarCreatesOfcourse! You are such a detailed builder! I love ur channel! ❤❤❤
FYI: My profile pic is inspired by yours 👀👀
Also I'm building an African Grasslands Zoo. And I have a name for it but idk how good it is and I want someone's opinion. The zoo's name is Vilaqazi Zoo! If someone has a better name idea please provide it! If not it's ok! Have a nice day everyone! 😊😊😊😊❤❤❤❤
thanks for this tutorial
No problem!
Very nice Video 👍🏻
Thank you so much!
Omg the god of planet zoo have blessed us
Hahaha I don't know about the god part but I am happy you guys are enjoying it!
@@CesarCreates well i wote that your the new planet zoo god
I think it would be nice when you do a tutorial where you build an shelter
I will definitely consider that!
A tutorial about back stage areas would be cool, I'm interested in making some but I'm not sure how to find the parts ingame. Like how the staff buildings placed have those items but I'm not sure where or how to access them individually
Oh that's a cool but very complex topic! I will definitely consider that!
Yesss caesar!! Would love to see more tutorials. Maybe on different building styles, backstage areas and realistic fencing? Very happy that you made us this gem!
I will definitely think of something!
Finally I can learn from you
I really hope you will be able to learn something from this!
We need a rock tutorial pleaseee!!
I will definitely consider it!
Thank you a lot for this tutorial, from France :) You told about "traversible plants". Can you tell us more about it ? Is there a "list of the non-traversible plants" ? It will help a lot :)
Thank you again !
No problem!! You can easily check which ones are traversable using the heat maps
I sadly dont have the planet zoo,but ı youse your ideas in prehisteoric kingdom
I am sure that they will work in Prehistoric Kingdom as well!
@@CesarCreates i give it in advance, yes they are
Any idea to make a habitat like you? I'm bored making square habitat 😅. I still don't get the creativity and the mindset to make that kind of habitat/enclosure🐵.
Try to recreate some enclosures from the real life zoos! It helped me so much to improve my skills!
Yeah, no... it makes me sad but just one habitat detailed to this amount would half my framerate 😭 Do you have any advice for improving performance? aside from turning off guests (I play franchise mode)
Haha I was asked for the tutorial on my foliage work and this is exactly what I do every time. I play this game more for looks than performance 🤓 try disabling the climbing option for all the pieces and trees that do not need to be climbable in your zoo. For some reason the game constantly counts the climbable areas in on your map and it influences the performance. When it comes to plants the buffalo grass alone looks amazing so you don't need to add much more to make it look nice.
AHHHHHHHHH!!!!! THRILLED!!!!
Happy to see that!
Thank you very much for the tutorial but I have a question, are all the plants you use from the base game or are they from DLC? greetings from Spain
No problem! The plants are both from the base game and from DLCs.
thx
No problem!
My laptop cant handle much but it will be pushed to its limits
Haha the only possible way of playing Planet Zoo 😆
question, my painting styles look way different(especially the light soil) but why is that and how can I change it to your styles?
Every biome has different terrain paints (different colors of them). I was creating this in the temperate biome and tropical, savanah etc. look totally different
I feel like this guy might start a new jwe2 project soon.
👀
THE GREAT ONE FROM ABOVE HATH GIVEN US PLANT¡
thanks for the heart! love the videos
🤗🌱
@@CesarCreates praise the holy buffalo grass
The background tree!! I always can’t do it😢
I will consider that!
Quite a few of the plants that you had listed are not available on console yet so any alternatives?
Hmm it's hard to think for any alternatives for me... I know you guys will get the aquatic, Europe and Twilight packs soon and they include a lot of the plants that I listed!
Do the animals not have problems when it comes to how much space they have in the habitat? When I use plants they usually can't walk on that area so if you had rocks and grass everywhere how can you make it so he animals still have the space to move/ walk on the plants.
Just as with the plant needs you can also disable the space needs. Some plants are not traversable and are blocking the animals from walking through them and it decreases the space available to animals. You can easily check which ones are traversable and which ones are not using the heat maps
Thank you so much for this tutorial! I do think that zoos need to stop using tree guards for their animals. The vegetation should be there for the animals to engage in their species-typical behaviours like browsing, foraging, scratching or climbing. I think that we should do the same in PZ and create an area ready to grow trees and plants for our animals to destroy in their habitats. Some pioneer zoos already do this :)
No problem!! Sure! Most of my build are inspired by a bit older European city zoos that's why I often use the tree guards but I saw many newer enclosures without them
how do I find those rocks on the workshop?
In the list of plants, you mention grapewine. Is that a typo for grape vine or a dlc plant I don’t have?
This could be a typo. Sorry about that!
How much will that kind of detail impact the console complexity metre?
I have no idea as I do not own the console version :(
How did you get those rocks please
Just look for "habitat essentials" on my workshop
i guess there will be a lot of burned consoles after thsi tutotrial.. xD
as a pure franchise player i can confirm that foliage and terrain paint have absolute minimal impact on animal welfare (4% or something like that) so i personaly ignore it almost everytime...
Haha console players can follow the tutorial on their own risk!
Exactly! Thanks for your confirmation!
can you make a tutorial on habitat please?
But what part of the habitat? It a very wide topic 😅
@@CesarCreates because i start to play Planet zoo 4 month ago so i want to learn and you are the best person I have ever seen play this game
Do you use paths?
how do you sink the objects so quickly?
Just hold shift on keyboard!
thank you! can you make a tutorial how to build with different hight elevations in a zoo and different layers? 🙏✨ (in the habitat but also with paths and buildings on higher lower positions than the surrounding)
I'm really good at making swaps but I'm not good at anything else
It all comes with time and practice!
Are you using DLC plants? I can't find some😭😭
Some may be DLC plants... the main plant "Buffalo Plant" is apart of the North America DLC which is available right now though!
@@ThatirishbuckWHAT? NO! The Buffalo plant is a base game plant! All plants are added on the free update with the animal packs, and the Buffalo grass was supposed to be in the North America dlc, so it got added as a free plant in the update
Yes some of those plants are from the DLCs. They should be added to the game soon!
I searched for the plants on those list and can’t find them :(
Some of them are part of the DLCs that are still not available on consoles :(
I put megi b on an elephant it went horrible💀
I can imagine 😅
P r o m o s m
So does that mean you have an average of 100 times more plants per square meter than animals in each habitat?🤔😅
you do not? XD
@@PachaKamak Seriously not...
Pretty much 😆
@CesarCreates I guess that my computer would die with half of the amount of plants (if I would put them in this style all over the zoo)...😅 I can literally (when trying to come close to your amount of foliage) hear the computer screaming for help😂🙈
@@Marc.B111 you should try it tho. Its amazing what plants can do to a habitat!
Plz learn us
I am trying!
