Depends on whether the office is open to the public. Cultural expectations being what they are I wouldn’t want to run customers off because they would see barefeet as unprofessional.

Whilst I absolutely support women going bare foot, unfortunately the workplace is not an appropriate place for such an activity.
Too many other people are not interested or accepting of the lifestyle and will not tolerate such behavior, any more than walking around without trousers or a shirt.
I allow bare feet in my work place outside on break away from others or in their vehicle which is their private space.
