I wouldn’t let them see any pain or anything even tho I’d be dying inside. That’s the last thing you will ever give them and that’s what they will remember you by and every time they go back and look at it (which they will) it will break their heart over and over and over again. I could never do that to my kids, if I sent them anything if would be a motivational message reminding them how much I loved them and how proud I am of them and blah blah blah so that when they look back on that video years later it dosent hurt them even more.

Also what about Abu Omar?See this new from 2009.
An Italian judge found 23 Americans and two Italians guilty Wednesday in the kidnapping of an Egyptian terror suspect, delivering the first legal convictions anywhere in the world against people involved in the CIA's extraordinary renditions program.
Human rights groups hailed the decision and pressed President Barack Obama to repudiate the Bush administration's practice of abducting terror suspects and transferring them to third countries where torture was permitted. The American Civil Liberties Union said the verdicts were the first convictions stemming from the rendition program.
