Creating A Card From A Scrapbook Sketch

You never know where a card layout idea will come from. Today's card was inspired by a scrapbook layout I was working on.
I pulled in some tried and true Close To My Heart products from my stash and a new to me "Happy Birthday" die set from Gina K. Designs that I ordered from Simon Says Stamp.
