  • Hi Guys! I'm back again with another mental health video, this ones slightly delayed as I haven't been dealing with my own mind too well lately but I'm feeling a lot better now and wanted to share my own personal coping mechanisms with you guys. Hopefully some of these may help you if you haven't tried them so far.
    This year has been tough, we all need to be there for one another. Reach out to your loved ones, spread positive vibes and BE KIND to others! Lets help to make each others days a little bit easier!

    Emily this is so amazing of you and it's going to be helpful for so many people! 🙌🏻 I've found meditation to be good for me too! Also dancing around my room by myself is the best therapy lol! Such good tips! 💗

    Awesome content - Self-love's needs to be prioritized right now! I go deep into self-love in a video series a month ago on my channel too. I hope videos like ours inspire people to seek self-love. Just subscribed to your channel also - CZcamsrs like yourself should be highlighted more
