Finding True Refuge - LynnL.

In January of 2008, Lynn's 18 year old daughter was killed in a car accident. In a deep dark depression, she turned to meditation for help and it changed her life. Her mission now is to give back and help someone else understand that they too can find true refuge in meditation.
