Our experience includes a foreground of changing experience-sounds, sensations, feelings, thoughts. In the background is an alert inner stillness, the awareness that is our true nature. This meditation guides us in opening to the moment-to-moment flow through our senses, and learning to relax back to inhabit the mystery and vastness of awake awareness.

Tonight, the anxiety of the last 6 weeks was pulling at me. The quarantine and pandemic is hard but we can manage if we pull together. I lost my best friend of 50 years on March 23 (not Covid-19 related) and we couldn’t celebrate her life as everyone was “sheltered at home”. As I went to shut down device this meditation popped up. Tonight it was so powerful and relevant. Thank you Tara.
