Thee BEST 10/22 trigger ever made, Hands down.
Like a great scope or barrel, they are the most important components to perfect groups on target.
    Thanks Tony!

I use these triggers on the bench and am ordering one for my 10/22 Mach 2 hunting build next week. Once you shoot with a KID you will NEVER go back to a single stage trigger! All of my builds are based off of a KID trigger as the starting point. Thanks Tony for this top notch product!

I have the 1.5 lb two stage trigger and best trigger I've ever used. First stage is 12 oz second is twelve. Perfect for off hand shooting. My daughter thought it was to light at first but now loves it. Can't shoot better than your trigger pull.

Tony, thanks for your video on this; nice to see the internals in action! Other than the fact that it's extremely difficult to get your hands on one of these outside the US, this is the best trigger for 10/22 no questions asked. Keep up the great work!

I have Tony's two stage trigger in my new custom 10/22 and liked it so well that I purchased another for my Ruger 10/22 Competition model.
The KIDD two stage trigger is superb and will spoil you for anything else!

This trigger is the single best investment I've made in my Ruger 10/22. Wished I had know about Tony sooner. If I had, everything would have been Kidd. As is, the only thing not Kidd on my gun is the receiver housing and barrel. The Volquartsen barrel has just been to good to replace. Down the road though, I have another build in mine and everything is going to be Kidd.

Our design cycles fine with sub-sonic ammo. Though, it is not specifically designed to function with less pressure. We do sell a cocking assembly with tuning springs. One of the springs has 10% less tension then the OEM, which will help cycling with sub-sonic. Thanks.

    Hi Tony
Great trigger, love mine. I bought the 3 ounce trigger from your e-bay store. My trigger does not seem to be adjustable. I loosened the two set screws, but the two screws innthe back does not move, they basically look like an allen screw with a slot in them. Is there adjustable screws behind these? They seem loctite. My trigger shoots at about 14 ounces, which is a little heavy for benchrest, I like to have a 6-8 ounce trigger.
Please let me know what to do.
    Thank you for any help
    Biagio

I have a single stage trigger in my Ruger, and am pleased with it. I'm always looking to evolve and/or improve through updated equipment (in addition to trigger time). What are some advantages of a two-stage trigger in a 10/22? Thanks for the video, and thanks in advance for your response.

Hey Tony, I hope you still reply to this channel. I just bought your single stage trigger and have a question. I called your company last week and got a lady on the phone, and asked her if she had an instruction sheet for maintenance on the trigger, not adjustments, but lubrication. I was really disappointed when she said "just shoot it, you don't have to do anything to it". Then I specifically asked if I should put any lubrication on the sear/hammer contact area or the sear/disconnector are and again she said no, they don't lube anywhere. I told here that there was grease on the hammer strut, her response was "ok, you can lure there I guess". She also said that all I should do is blow it out with compressed air. I shoot GM In Steel Challenge and a good reliable trigger is a must, which is why I switched to a Kidd. I will go through many 1000's of rounds a year and I don't want to have to buy another trigger because of wear due to improper lubrication. I am an accomplished 10/22 gunsmith and can rebuild this trigger in my sleep, so I CAN clean and lube it properly, but since you make it, you can provide me with the correct advice.
Another thing I'm disappointed in is that there is no contact info on your website, I had to find the phone number by doing a google search. Is there someone I can call for some technical help? I don't want to get her again.
Another thing I asked was if the mag release could be replaced with a Ruger aftermarket release and she said no. Well that isn't true either, aftermarket will fit and work just fine.
Hope to hear back from you with a better contact number.

The weight distribution between stages is infinitely adjustable without any negative effect on operation. It does become very difficult to detect the second stage however when setting below 25%.

Hello, Will this shorter hammer design cycle sub-sonic ammo better? I have a Volquartsen now, but I really like this design. I was just wondering if it takes less pressure to reset this shorter hammer. Thanks

    Hi Tony.
I live in Canada but I was able to acquire one of your fine 2-stagers. When I ordered the unit it came with a black ("flat") trigger blade. I wanted one of the cool red ones so I got a buddy of mine who lives in the US to order me one. I can't seem to find a video to help me install it. Any help you or your team can give me would be greatly appreciated.
    Best regards,
    michael

Unike a set trigger. Only one pull is required to fire the trigger. For the first stage you will pull through some take up. You will then come to an increase of pressure (2nd stage). Right at the increase of pressure you will apply pressure breaking the triggers glass break. (ending the 2nd stage) Good Shooting!
