As a soldier that has fought in combat for the US, I question this action by ECOWAS. Nigeria my country of birth where my dad and uncle wore the NA uniform and fought in the civil war of 67 to 70, my question is did Nigeria rulership even consider her citizens residing and doing businesses in Niger? What about families in both countries?
As an american I know these Nigerians will experience a crushing defeat, great regret, mental illness, sleepless sweaty nights, horrific injuries, and the disrespect of all of humanity, in the same manner I don't respect any western military, especially my own American military.
