Kenya Airways...the pride of Africa
When I was going to New York from Uganda ,I used Kenya airways the customer care service ,food and legroom were very good
Flown Kenya air on a trip back to the USA from Tanzania . Was honestly the best experience I had with pilots handling a storm over Kilimanjaro and getting us into Nairobi safly , but due to the storm our flight was delayed back to Amsterdam having me miss the flight from Amsterdam to JFK . But Kenya airways and KLM provided a hotel for me and the group I was with as well as an upgraded seat selection on our flight back to the us the next morning . As a souvenir the flight attendants gave us clean beautiful blankets as we got to Amsterdam. It was honestly the best flying experience I ever had . I would just go back to have KLM and Kenya airways take me where ever ❤️

Next time do a direct flight Nairobi to JFK. Slightly over 15hrs. Overnight flight!

The flight line of this route is directly above my mom's house in the Kenyan highlands.
I wonder if the pilots would allow me to parachute instead of going to the airport then back home to my Mom's.

I've had good experience flying Kenya Airways (thankfully). Their economy class seats have really good leg room. The only thing I find boring is the entertainment. They don't really have the best selection of movies. Other than that, I can't complain. However, I plan to fly KQ with my toddler next year so I guess we'll see what that's like. Great video by the way :-)

I flew Nairobi - Bangkok round trip, was pretty amazed by their service. Comparing apple to apple, the are way better than Egypt Air and SAA.

@@user-uv1cb3bf6h Ethiopian > Kenya Airways > SAA > Egyptair. Flow long haul Addis Ababa - Singapore, no complains about it. Cannot compare with Qatar, Emirates or Singapore Airlines. But pretty decent.
The boarding music always reminds me the good old days before corona, I used to fly every month from Johannesburg to Entebbe via Nairobi on an E190 and 737 or 787. Memories

Excellent video, it's comprehensive and enjoyable. Kenya Airways has won the African Airline Business Class Award since 2012 straight beating out the the top four African airlines. They need to extend that quality service to the economy section and they'll win many awards.

I flew with Kenya Airways from Maputo to Kigali with stop in Nairobi on a Embraer 190, their economy class was good, the FA were very friendly, what I missed was IE, few movies to watch so we had couple bottles of wine to entertain ourselves
Kq customer service in-flight is just out of this world. Mind blowing. Kindly revisit the ticket price to most destinations and take over Africa again.
Even the flight will shake when it is touching down...but ur hands....mindboggling....views....awesomeee

My cousin and I were supposed to fly to Kenya for a safari travelling Kenya Air on 5th August this year. I booked it last August and as we all know coronovirus hit the world. Thanks a lot China.
We were in business class and the safari was a private one just the two of us.
I have flown BC on this airline before but my cousin has not. To say I am incandescence with rage is putting it mildly. We are both so bitterly disappointed, like the other millions of people who have had their lives devastated by this horrible disease. Still in lock down which is the correct but it will take years to get the economy back on course. Hoping the travel company will roll our booking over to next year, feel so sorry for the staff in the lodges etc who may lose their jobs because the tourists can no longer travel. Stay safe everyone.

I want to tell you that whenever possible, stay or visit this hidden gems in Sri Lanka. I stayed there in 2016. It's amazing its called 'Ceylon tea trails'.

I always watch your flights for the food shots, and you did not disappoint once again ... really good. As was the food they served, i thought it would be worse than that.
I know you get anxious flying, but no need to, just have to think about filming the meal ! :)

i quite like their livery...not bad at all..the lounge area looks very nice and clean and well appointed..i like their cabin decor..not bad either..i like the pillow & blanket provided.. to me the meal portions looked rather small for business class..good video..

Thank God, because of the different layout (compared to the AF one) I was worried that this would be one of those old airlines that can only offer reclining feet with a foot rest (basically the same seats as premium economy that are not worth one's money).

I was just in the Amsterdam airport! I've been a few times. The runways seem so long when you land, it fees like you should be in another country after while.
Wonderful trip report with great music. The business class is quite similar to Royal Brunei Airlines' 787 Business Class. However, I think Kenya Airways's business class passengers especially the one seated at 3rd row will not miss a missing window. Anyway, great trip report. :-)

I think African airlines they have beautiful designs compare with europeans and americans, one of my favs is TAAG airline colors and the tail is awesome

When I went on an Air France ticket, the lounge was nice but PACKED!! People were sitting on the floor. I look forward to revisit during my flight to Prague this winter :)

I remember flying in to Nairobi in the early 60s, not in any jet but an RAF Beverly from Aden as a very excited boy scout for a two week summer camp, we landed ar R A F Eastliegh is this now Jomo Kenyatta airport? Sorry if I am wrong. Also remember seeing Middle East Airways flights from Aden, wondered what had become of the airline. Thanks for your videos, as an armchair viewer I feel quite envious, and yes Africa is a beautiful continent, full of contrasts.

I used to be a Cabin Groomer at J.K.I.A with Eurocraft Agencies Ltd. We used to groom these dream liner aircrafts oftenly 👍 after their arrival at the airport. Those days..........

The service is good, but their customer service is not good. They don't give clear information on why flights get cancelled or delayed. Apart from that, their flights are good
