With respect, you need to invite experts. The ICC hasn't issued warrants, the ICC Prosecutor requested warrants. The judges will have to see the evidence and then decide whether to issue warrants. The travel difficulties only occur when the warrants are issued.

How ? Some British Muslim has applied for warrants for a couple of Israelis and a few of the HAMAS leadership, they are unlikely to be issued, even if they are they will never be served and none of those named will ever come to trial if for no other reason than that none of the people involved recognise the jurisdiction of this court and for very good reason, it doesn't have jurisdiction. It is pointless political grandstanding by an irrelevant organisation instigated by an interested party who knows even the application will do more harm to Israel than his Muslim brothers.
It will do nothing to save lives or end the cycle of violence.
