@@Lorenzovd Turrets deal 2 damage and 10 pierce. When they upgrade at lvl 13 they have 7 damage. Spikes do 1 damage with 10 pierce (so up to 10 total damage) upgraded (I think it’s 11) have 60 pierce, and they become mines at 14 (I think) Creepy idol has a 25% knockback chance, Erin on moabs at later levels, and applies an unstable concoction like effect to moabs at later levels. Pickle jar gives +1 damage, and +1 damage against fortified, and later +2, but decreases your attack speed by 20% (this means it can be a bad thing.) Quincy NFT is self explanatory. SInvis Pot gives camo detection for 10 rounds, and gives range at a higher level, as well as lasting for 25 rounds and giving +1 damage to camo. Glue can glue up to 300 bloons, moabs use 10 pierce, bfbs and ddts take 20, Zomgs take 50. Sharpening stone gives +1 pierce permanently, and +1 damage as well at a higher level. Worn heroes cape is self explanatory. Blade trap is basically a maelstrom, and and at level 15 it’s a SMael. His pepper’s basically give a dragon’s breath attack. Fertilizer is +25% banana farm money for a short time. Bunnies become an insane attack bunny when you get 4. Rejuv pot is self explanatory. Genie is more powerful then an 4-0-2 wizard, lasts 3 rounds. When upgraded it’s stronger then archmage. Paragon totem gives paragon degree.

If you use pickle juice on Geraldo, it will affect his turrets too. Just like the camo potion he has. This type of thing also works with monkey villages but it doesn't work with alchemist. Not sure about other buffs :)

You don't want to put the pickle on Geraldo because it will also affect the genie
Dang! I should have realized when Camo effected everything. I was just afraid because I hadn't done any testing on how powerful the potion was, and whether or not it was useful in what situations!
@@SJB2 It seems to hurt the DPS of towers that already do more than 1 damage. It favors low-damage towers with high attack speed.
@@SpongeGod-YawehPants Nope, it cripples his DPS. he does too much damage for the +1 additional damage to matter much.
It makes me happy that they added back placeable Road Spikes and Monkey Glue from the old BTD games through Geraldo

Holy cow, you did a great job executing this challenge sjb! I was certain you wouldn't be able to pop the leads on round 30 because of the glue placement but you did it! Thank you for this entertaining and nail-biting video. It kept me on the edge of my seat the entire way through.

I have a strong feeling NK deliberately wanted to make 1TC possible. Because Geraldo can easily solo the game except for rounds 28 and 30, and it seems too much of a coincidence that NK puts a big crusher that is perfectly designed to take care of the one little thing which prevents Geraldo from being an easy 1TC (rounds 28 and 30), when no other map in the game has the power to even pop bloons, let alone pop lead bloons. Like literally, the last and only other time a map was ever capable of popping bloons was that temple-map way back in btd4 expansion. What do you think?

Btw! If you use the pickle jar on geraldo it effects all of his turrets, just like with camo potion, just thought I would say bc I never saw this used in the video
I did not know that either! But I should have..... I haven't tested the effects of the potion yet to see how to properly use those things. I was definitely afraid I was somehow hurting my popping power by using them. haha.
@@SJB2 there's a good video by hbomb or Ethan Reid about it, but the general rule is if a tower does 4 or less damage per projectile they should be pickled. So using it on Geraldo is helpful unless you already have a genie in play
@@Luna34186 Correction: 3 or less damage. If the tower deals 4 damage before pickles, you’re effectively paying for nothing.

Btw if you put pickles on Geraldo it will buff every thing he placed down with the effect same goes for his cam detection

But it nerfs the towers with less than 5 damage per attack because of the slower attack speed, so definitely not worth it, since it could cost you the round.

Unfortunately might not be possible anymore as Sharpening stones aren't permanent now. Then again I don't know how much of a difference it makes, but definitely a hard hit to his effectiveness.

Watching you for the first time since 2017 when I stopped playing bloons. Randomly got a bloons video in my recommended and I watched it, then the next day you're right there on my front page. Even if the hayday of btd5 is long gone, it's so inspiring to see that you're still making educating and entertaining bloons content every day. idk if u figured this out after or during this video but the pickle jar actually works like the see invisibility potion in which if u use it on geraldo it adds the effect to all of the other units

There should be a hero monkey knowledge that lets you remotely activate the maelstrom’s (in the order they are placed) so that way you could stock up somewhere then hit things in the middle of the path
I’d like to know what the biggest bloon you can tank a hit from is (by accumulating as many lives as possible). Maybe within a certain mode or by R100 if you think that makes it more interesting.
